  • View of Views of miles of beach, Yaquina Head Lighthouse and the beautiful Pacific. One word describes it: WOW!!

    A fantastic bluff top location in the heart of Newport close to the fine dining, shopping & activities of Historic Nye Beach & the Bayfront. Panoramic only begins to describe what the eyes take in from this spectacular oceanfront vantage point.

    This 2,100sf contemporary oceanfront home is beautifully appointed to maximize both comfort & views. The living, dining & kitchen areas are on the upper level adjacent to an oceanfront sundeck, and many large picture windows take in the views. A high vaulted open beam ceiling & floor to beam rock electric fireplace accentuate the open yet cozy expanse, with a 58" LCD Smart TV/DVD & free WIFI internet.

    The kitchen is framed by a long granite countertop/bar and has all stainless appliances. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster are included along with all necessary utensils. A laundry room and 1/2 bathroom are conveniently nearby.

    Three of the four bedrooms front the blue Pacific. A large Master Bedroom is on the upper level with access to the sundeck and includes a King Bed, TV/DVD & Master Bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub. The other three bedrooms, two with Queen Beds and one with 2 Twin Bunkbeds are on the ground level along with a full bathroom.

    There is also ample room for convenient off street parking for 4 cars.

    NOTE: Weekly rentals are 7 days & 7 nights .

The great room had amazing views! There was no need to go down to the beach to see the sunset. Ever night we partaked in the beautiful sight. There was also a sweet bench outside you could relax and drink coffee in the morning or night and view the ocean. The house had everything we needed down to beach toys and chairs.My granddaughter loved the extra room in her bunk bed bedroom. The closet was a great hideaway camping area for her! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was a nice extra treat.

This home has the best view of any house in newport. Path to beach right next door. Beds comfy and very clean. It is a period house with beautiful wood everywhere, not cookie cutter at all.We have stayed before and look forward to our next visit.

Incredible house and location

The house was beautiful. It felt like you were staying in a museum with all the beautiful beach decor. The views and beach access were the best we've ever stayed at. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Perfect get-away!!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved this house! The close and quick access to the beach was perfect! The house was so so comfortable and the decor was fun! I would highly recommend this home!!

Beautiful ocean view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and great views of the ocean and beach. Our kids had plenty of room to play inside and there is a trail right next to the house down to the beach.

Great location for Family vacation

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the view! Kitchen had EVERYTHING you can think of, I love to cook so it was a huge plus. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay!

The house is in a fantastic location, right next to a short trail to the beach, and a quick walk or drive to all the shops and restaurants of Nye Beach. The Aquarium and Newport waterfront are just minutes away. Communications with the owners before, during and after our stay were excellent. The house is very comfortable and the view is spectacular.

Really fun beach house

The house has amazing views and is very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. We loved that they are very welcoming to dogs. Our 2 dogs had the time of their lives there. We loved their relaxed approach.

WOW is an Understatement!

This was the 3rd year that our California and Oregon families spent a pre-holiday weekend at the WOW House. The location of the property is close to restaurants and has spectacular views of the coast. Highly recommend this rental!
