Casa Bellvue are 4 seperate buildings with plenty of stairs. Spectacular views & gorgeous seaside. Property had alot of facilities to hire (electric or conventional bike) food selection was very good. Worth getting half board.

We were expecting way more from this hotel. Our room was so small facing parking lot. Bathroom smelled was like sewer, very unpleasant. Shower was just tub with some uncomfortable setting. Elevators smallest i ever seen with broken tiles on the floor. Hardly could fit two people. We had half a board meal plan. We didn’t enjoy anything. We had worse food in entire vacation. If you wanted to get a dessert, you needed to grab right the way, because later you will get let overs. Included vine was just horrible. They have path to walk by the sea, which was prabably our favorite part of our stay. And crowd who stayed in the hotel was not pleasant, cutting lines in buffet for breakfast or dinner. We were happy to leave this place. We definitely not coming back, specially for the price we paid. And overall skip this Orebic. Use this little town just for ferry transportation to Korcula island. There is no reason to stay there.

The property is not resort quality. The rooms are not what I would consider a superior suites. The property is way over sold. The rooms are very basic. The pool is nice but the grounds around the hotel/resort need some serious care. The food is buffet style and if you don’t stay in the hotel you eat dinner late and the food is picked over. It felt like I was back in college in the dorms. Not worth what you’re paying for.

J ai reserve deux chambres avec vue sur mer au meme prix. Or une des chambres avait une echapee sur la mer ce qui n etait pas juste par rapport a l autre chambre. Le batiment pour acceder aux chambres est vieux et aurait besoin d une grande renovation. Quelle deception car la reception est superbe et il y a un sacré contraste ! La formule all inclusive est catastrophique. La nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas bonnes. Il n y a pas de reassort et les horaires sont tres limités. Le service est minimum. Les plats chauds refroidissent vite et ne restent pas au chaud. Les plus : les femmes de menage sont tres serviables et efficaces. Les chambres sont tres propres. Le site est magnifique et l acces a la la mer est tres pratique. La piscine est petite mais la mer est juste a cote. Au niveau des transats impossible d en avoir un car tout est reserve et il y en a pas assez. Le bar est tres agreable mais toutes les boissons sont payantes... Le standing n est pas digne d un 4 etoiles alots que nous etions dans un autre hotel a zadar 4 etoiles mais d un autre niveau !

Das Hotel und Casa sind modern mit dem nötigsten Geld eingerichtet. Die Gäste aus dem Casa sind bei der Verpflegung nicht im Hotel untergebracht sondern in einem Nebengebäude, wie zweite Klasse. Das Essen im Casa war OK, die Auswahl nicht so groß und das für 4 Sterne. Die Essensabwechslung ist die Tage immer gleich. Was mich gestört hat, waren die eingelaufenen Gläser, diese sahen schrecklich aus. Ich persönlich würde Casa nicht nochmal besuchen.

Hôtel réservé en All inclusive, mais tout était payant sauf les 3 repas de la journée. Pas d’eau dans le mini bar. Les boissons durant la journée sont payantes. Les chaises longues sont payantes 8€/jour. Leur parking est payant. Si vous cherchez un hôtel All inclusive pour être tranquille c’est n’est pas ici que vous trouverez votre bonheur. Vous êtes hébergé dans des bâtiments annexe à l’hôtel ; il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Pas de room service, il n’y a rien à manger après 21h30. Si vous arrivez tard, vous devrez aller au port pour trouver un restaurant ouvert après cet heure car les 2 restaurants les plus proches (conseillés par la réception) avaient également fermé leur cuisine. La propreté des lieux ainsi que les repas étaient correct.

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits dans une chambre confort avec vue sur la mer en all inclusive light. Repas tres bons, variés et de bonne qualité. Merci au Chef fort sympathique. Nous avons profité de la vue, des petites plages devant l hotel et des ballades en bord de mer jusqu au centre de Orebic. A noter le ferry pour Korcula a 10 min a pied.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön! Jedoch viel zu viele Leute für die Größe des Restaurants und des Buffets! Minutenlanges Anstehen bei den Kaffeemaschinen (meistens von vier Maschinen zumindest eine defekt und eine weitere nicht in Betrieb), oftmals keine passenden Gläser oder Tassen mehr verfügbar. Service im Restaurant beschränkt sich rein aufs Abservieren. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist jedoch sehr gut, die Speisen waren ebenfalls sehr gut! Unser Zimmer in einem der Nebenhäuser war zwar geräumig, jedoch mangelhaft gewartet (Klositz locker, Lampe neben Bett nicht ordentlich befestigt, Türe steckte, Lüfter im Bad machte Geräusche wie ein Luftkompressor!). Die Eingangstüre zum Zimmer war an mehreren Tagen nach der Reinigung nicht versperrt! Gott sei Dank war noch alles da! Das Doppelbett war eher schmal, hatte eine gemeinsame Matratze (die ziemlich schaukelte, wenn man sich bewegte) und nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke. Das fanden wir nicht so toll und ziemlich ungut! Überdies war das Zimmer hellhörig. Die Windböen in der Nacht verursachten unerträglich laute Geräusche, die vom Dach herkamen - dort muss etwas ziemlich defekt gewesen sein. Trotz der einmalig schönen Lage des Hotels werden wir wohl nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Online wird die "Casa" von außen gar nicht gezeigt, es wird lediglich das Hotel gezeigt, welches wunderschön ist. Die Casa sind verschiedene Bunker aus den 70ern, welche renovierungsbedürftig sind. Sie sind auch schwer zu erreichen (viele Treppenstufen). Unsere Zimmer hatten viele Mängel (Wasserdruck, Flecken an Wänden, kaputte Klima), sodass wir ein Upgrade ins Hotel bekommen haben. Dieses war traumhaft mit einem wunderschönem Ausblick ans Meer. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist super hilfreich und höflich. Leider gibt es nicht genügend Liegen für alle Gäste. Die Zimmer werden nicht so ordentlich sauber gemacht. Der Strand und das Wasser ist traumhaft.

Unterkunft nahe am Meer, doch etwas abgelegen, Städchen Orebic ist sehr klein und es gibt abends nur die Möglichkeit dort hin zu spazieren oder in die andere Richtung zu den beiden weiteren Aminess Hotels. Tagsüber kein einziger Stand mit Getränken oder zum Bummeln, man muss weit laufen, bis man etwas Abwechslung bekommt. Wer abschalten möchte und seine Ruhe genießen will, ist hier richtig. Essen war immer ok, Buffet zwar klein und fein, aber jeden Tag Fisch und Fleisch, Salate, Suppen. Für jeden was dabei. Speisesaal neu eingerichtet, sehr schön. Wenn man im Village bucht, muss man sich auf sehr viele Treppen freuen, aber super zum Abtrainieren, nach einem Tag Vollpension. :-)
