The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. We would like to highly praise Enrique, Sylvia and Suki for their service at the Tradewinds beach. They were very helpful in navigating the reserve by phone system . I believe a better system should be implemented so guests are not forced to be on their phones or at the hut at 8am during their vacation. ...
