"Staff was friendly but no one showed us where our room was when we arrived and it was very difficult to find, we had to stop one of the security officers to ask. When I booked the hotel, it said shuttle services to the airport were provided but when I asked for the shuttle on our departure date, they said we needed to book it when we arrived. There was also some construction going on during our stay. The food was good for the most part and drinks were okay. Overall, it was a good place to stay."

A few things I’d like to see Divi do is add music by the pools, and add some nighttime entertainment."
