Very nice staff, the front desk rep was great...the room was fine...nice shower, TV, microwave, albig fridge and the ice-maker was rightbacross the hall and worked well. The mattress and pillows were great and the room was very clean, it just needed some updating and sprucing up...all n all the place was great and you can't beat the price!

I used to stay here all the time when it was a Holiday Inn and it was fantastic! But they knew it needed repairs and fixing and decided not to do it. They sold the property and it’s going further and further down hill every visit. They don’t have vacuum cleaners . They sweep the carpets! There have been mice in my rooms the last times there. It needs carpet cleaning desperately! They use a photo of the bar and restaurant that is closed. Pool is closed. Plumbing issues also. Place needs care but I think they’re keeping it going as long as they can before it’s closed down. Very small cleaning staff also. They’re friendly but it’s sad how bad it’s gotten. It’s become seedy. Back door open without key lock so unsafe feeling,but I lock my door. Only reason I continue to stay there is the price and the location.

Booked a non smoking room. But the room smelled like someone just finished smoking in there before I arrived. There was someone knocking at my door a couple times during my stay.. But every time I went to the door.. no one was there.. The morning of checkout I saw a mouse run from under my bed to the heater. Immediately went to the front desk to report what I saw.. Staff was pleasant.

The guy at the front desk did his job. I have stayed here a few times and it pretty decent and clean, the last couple of times now it’s been an issue, toilet not flushing, then am wasn’t working right in the July Heat!! Now booked for a Queen and got 2 twins placed Together. It’s sucks to know be updated on the conditions of any room, people travel and it’s not always easy, to have to find a place to say for the short time your visiting

The Overnight Staffer was great, very personable and helpful. Minor issues but as I was just there to sleep and go I didn't want to be nit-picky. The bed is old and worn out#209. Like there so kind areas of the bed. No wash clothe and wall paper pulling away from the walls. It was clean but needs renovations and updates.

The room was terrific, clean and comfortable upon my arrival. Parking was fine, but there is no lighted "Armoni Inn" sign off Rt. 303 so guests know where to turn at night. Staff was quite courteous and helpful, although the staffer at the front desk wasn't able to break a $20 bill so I could tip the cleaning staff. Also, the bathroom amenities were disappointing. I've thrown out slivers of soap that were bigger than the soap provided by the hotel, and the hotel soap - as well as the shampoo - didn't create much lather. Other than that, the facility is in tip-top shape and well maintained.
