⭐ Extremely Disappointing, Unsafe, and Unsanitary – Do Not Stay Here We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. The carpets were filthy, the walls had mold, the shower curtain was dirty, and the window curtains were also visibly stained and unclean. The furniture was broken down, dusty, and clearly old, making the room feel neglected and unsanitary. The hotel has a serious pest problem. We encountered rats and roaches, which alone should be enough reason for this place to be shut down. On top of that, there was no housekeeping or room service for 3 days during our stay. Basic amenities were either missing or broken. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk or request assistance. The refrigerator in the room did not work, making it impossible to store food safely. Although microwaves were listed as an amenity, there were no working microwaves in the rooms, forcing us to walk up and down the stairs just to heat food using a shared, dirty microwave. Because of all these issues, I had to change rooms more than five times, and every room had major problems. The final room we settled in still had dirty bed sheets. When I requested clean sheets and towels, I was told by the front desk that none were available due to lack of housekeeping. Customer service was extremely poor. One front desk employee was sleeping in the back, appeared irritated when approached, and was rude

This hotel was in disrepair. The wall paint, especially in the bathroom, was peeling. The room did not appear to have been cleaned and stocked. Towels were limited to on e per person and poorly stacked. There were no washcloths or hand towels. The beds were uncomfortable and old, I think. I could hear the springs when I moved. Traffic and train noise kept me awake. The hall carpets were stained and dirty. I thought that we were staying in a Holiday Inn. When I went to the website, the hotel was listed by another name. Maybe they were not meeting Holiday Inn standards. I do not recommend this place. I have booked through Expedia for years, and this is my first disappointment.

The room was disgusting, dirty, smelled absolutely terrible of marijuana and mold. Visible black mold in the room, dirty sheets that were not changed between guests. Avoid this place at all costs, spend the extra $75 and go with a name brand hotel.

Booked last minute as an overnight rest stop. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly, which were the only positives. Unfortunately, the hotel was very rundown and poorly maintained. Upon entering the room, there was a strong odor, initially making me think the toilet hadn’t been flushed. The room had a hole in the wall, stained carpet, and visible dirt and mold in the bathtub corners. The tub and sink were missing strainers, debris was already in the drains, and no bath mat was provided, making the floor slippery. Basic items were missing or broken, including coat hangers, a cracked non-working hair dryer, a wobbly desk, and a filthy coffee maker. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.

walls in room was peeling, no phone in the rooms, all vending machines was out of order, they had no clean towels nor rags when we first checked in and none in the rooms. next morning they only had 2 clean rags to give out and bathrooms were unsanitary. highly do not recommend this property to anyone!!

Booked a non smoking room. But the room smelled like someone just finished smoking in there before I arrived. There was someone knocking at my door a couple times during my stay.. But every time I went to the door.. no one was there.. The morning of checkout I saw a mouse run from under my bed to the heater. Immediately went to the front desk to report what I saw.. Staff was pleasant.
