- The home has been renovated into two private apartments. The rear apartment is occupied by the owners of the property and each apartment has a separate entrance.

- The backyard is not accessible for guests.

- This accommodation is adult only. No children are allowed.

- The home is fitted with security cameras.

- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the front verandah and garden. If any members of your group smoke, we kindly ask that you choose a different property.

- The front verandah and garden are not to be used after 9pm.

- No loitering or guests (friends/visitors) are allowed on the property after 9pm.
