Collwood Cottage has one split system air conditioner in the main living area, providing year-round comfort. Individual heaters in each bedroom add warmth during cooler months, and the indoor fireplace in the main living space is ready to use through the Orange winter.

The home opens through a leafy garden entrance into two generous living spaces — one on each floor — giving your group room to spread out or come together. Both kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances, and the two dining areas mean everyone can eat together comfortably. On cooler evenings, the fireplace in the main living area is a natural gathering point, and all four bedrooms are made up with electric blankets and fresh linen from arrival.



THE LOCATION:

Collwood Cottage sits at the edge of the Orange CBD, with Byng Street Local Store and La Milano a short walk from the door. The Orange Aquatic Centre and Duntryleague Golf Course are within easy reach. For wine, Philip Shaw Wines is a four-minute drive. Elephant Park — with its playground, fitness equipment, BBQs and picnic areas — is great for families. Mount Canobolas, Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves are all a short drive away for those wanting to get into the landscape.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their entire home for the duration of their stay.

This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
