Summary:
This unit, fully renovated in 2019 is a true treasure, with the town centre of Orange on your doorstep.

This unit is self-contained with kitchen, open plan living and dining area, queen bed, along 2 single beds in the second bedroom suitable for children, separate bathroom and private off road car space behind secure double gates.

A quiet and private courtyard with a small grass area is at the rear of this property.

A short 7 minute walk to popular coffee shop, butcher and newsagent. 15 min walk to
CBD

The neighborhood around this property is very quiet with lovely neighbors.
It’s a very short 7 minute walk to the popular byng street cafe, as well as greengate shopping centre which includes a newsgancy, butcher, hairdresser, takeaway food and a local grocer. All you need is within a stone throw of this property. It is also very close to the centre of town.

Getting Around:
Orange has a variety of public transport options, including local Taxi service, Uber or buses to transport you to your destinations. Also walking distance to town if you choose

Beautiful and spotless property in a very quiet but convenient area.

We love this property. Super clean. Decorated in a very simple but beautiful style on every room. The only odd thing is to have a shower in the laundry and with clear glass too. Lucky it’s only my husband and 2 adult children.

Clean and Roomy Townhouse Central to Town

Due to a mix up I did not receive information on how to access the property which made for a pretty panicked half an hour, where we scrambled for somewhere else to stay. Fortunately the property manager responded and we could get in. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, coffee, tea and cereal was available. The place had great heating as the temperature dropped significantly at night. The townhouse was central to town and therefore very easy to get to all the lovely restaurants and shops around.

Pleasant stay in Orange

The property suited us very well. It had mostly everything we needed, was very clean, comfortable and in a good location, if slightly noisy from road traffic. However, this disappeared in the evening so was no deterrent to a good night’s sleep in a comfy bed!
