The view was AMAZING!! Everything was well cleaned. We loved the decor and the spaciousness of the condo. The couches are out dated ( a little stained & not terribly comfortable). The TV is old with three remotes and a guide about how to work it properly. Bring your own pillows, all of theirs are FLAT!We visited for the week of Thanksgiving and checked in the Sunday before. The indoor pool was closed for renovations ( which would have been nice to know before the cancellation period) as well as the indoor hot tubs. They were supposed to be open by Tues., but it figures, weren’t open until Thanksgiving Day.By Weds. the place was a little less than half full, but they have a serious elevator issue. It is BAD!! Six elevators, less than half full, and waiting about 10 minutes! My husband and son got stuck on one, and said it froze up. I talked to another woman who said her grandson got stuck and was scared to death. We saw several very frustrated parents saying “ We have never had to wait so long for an elevator.” I CANNOT IMAGINE the frustration & total chaos it must be when this condo is at full capacity. Also worth a mention, there are two “adult” hot tubs on the 14th floor. One is decent, the other is barely warm. We were fortunate to get in the “warm” hot tub on Sunday night, but after that, forget it! There were people waiting in lines and it literally smelled from all the sweat and booze cans. Would NEVER stay in summer! Honest review!
