Great condo for our family

The Condo was great for our family! We would definitely stay there again, which hasn't been the case for prior properties in the area. Pros: 1 Easy check-in and out. Easy condo access with door code.2 Very convenient to the beach. We didn't need to worry about bringing everything down for the entire day because it was easy & quick to get back and forth from the beach when we needed things.3 Spacious living area. The common area was very spacious for our family of 4 when relaxing at night. Each room has a TV which was very helpful.4 Well appointed kitchen. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed to make it work.5 Gorgeous view. The view from the large balcony was amazing. Whole the building is tucked back, but you have a straight on view of the Gulf.6 Great location. The property was centrally located to everything we needed. You can walk right across the street to an arcade and adventure island.Cons:1 The trash bags provided were paper thin and tore easily & there was also only 2 provided. Better to buy or bring your own.2 Kitchen while well appointed, but did not have storage containers, bag, aluminum foil anything of the sort. Also need to bring your own.3 No beach towels. While this was stated, a bit annoying to have to bring your own from home.4 Tile floor was dirty. While wiping up spills, we noticed the tile floor was dirty, like it hadn't been mopped prior to our arrival. Otherwise the condo was clean.

Mostly happy!

Our property was very clean and well taken care of. The property manager let our baby gear rental person set up before we arrived which was a huge help! The unit was very obviously ready well before 4 pm check in and this was my first experience with a beach rental where they wouldn’t allow early check in. The unit was generous with linens, dish soap and hand soap, but did not offer any dish/laundry pods despite having a labeled spot for them. Our only issue was that the trashcan provided did not have a lid. This was especially irritating with a toddler. We had to take the trash out once half full and of course had to supply our own trash bags (the unit provided two but of poor quality). At times the dumpster was inconvenient to get to because the elevator by our unit was frequently requiring servicing.

Beautiful & well equipped

Our BFF weekend didn’t disappoint. The condo unit was great. Clean, amenities were great & the added touches of body lotion, shampoo & stuff were a pleasant surprise in the cute labeled bottles. We will be back & hopefully this unit will be available.

Family vacation

Perfect getaway!

The unit was clean and cozy! Communication with the property manager was great. Perfect location - few minutes to get to the beach and most of the restaurants were a few minute drive away. Would stay here again!

Great View

We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. This condo had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The property manager, Stephanie, was great to work with and any issues we had were quickly taken care of. We were aware that there could be construction although we did not anticipate how loud concrete repairs would be, all day, Monday through Friday starting at 8:30 AM. Not the fault of the owners. We just will be more careful to verify exactly what work is being done before we rent.

So relaxing and wonderful stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Just the right size for 4 people and has a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable and the TV in smaller bedroom has access for Netflix, Hulu, etc. I took my Apple TV to connect to the living room TV so we could watch movies at nights. Good book and game selection in the condo. The couches are very comfortable. The view is beautiful and weather was perfect. The condo building were nice, didn’t have to wait for elevators and not overly loud. Everything was great. My one suggestion would be better furniture for the balcony. The current furniture is comfy enough but when sitting in it, our eye sight met the bar of the balcony so you had to look under it or stand up for a great view. Would love to have tall chairs and table to see over the rail for better views.

Excellent Location, Excellent Condo

First time to be in Orange Beach and we were so lucky to find this particular condo. It directly faced the Gulf and had a balcony that was perfect. Partly shaded all day so even in afternoon we could sit there to watch water. The actual condo was one of the best equipped and comfortable that we have stayed in. Lounge chair so comfy for reading at night. Plenty of seating. Also, kitchen so well equipped! We cooked and appreciated the quality of the pans and utensils. Only negative concerned the bathrooms. They were small, which is fine. Loved having two. However, sinks need drain stoppers. Always afraid of dropping something. And would really appreciate addition of safety grab bars for getting in and out of bathtub. I wouldn't shower unless my husband was there to hold onto. Overall, great place to stay.

Great unit

The unit was clearly renovated in the last couple of years and was clean. Not many steps to the beach, which is a gigantic plus. The building itself could use some TLC, but is a great spot for a vacation!

Great stay, good view!

We thought the place would be a closer walk to the beach but overall we loved the view. It was a pleasant stay! Beware the tub is very slick - as a senior this was something to note. Stephanie was great to work with! We enjoyed our vacation.
