I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to let others know what they might be up against. We have stayed at Phoenix West II many times and have always had great experiences and a great deal of basic kitchen supplies, but this trip had many issues and challenges! The day of arrival we got into town really early so we called Liquid Life to see if we could get an earlier check in than 3:00. They were very friendly and acted like they would be able to accommodate this request and said they would contact us back and let us know when we could check in. They never contacted us back, so when it was almost 3:00 I called them back to see if we could get in condo. After waiting by condo door with all of our luggage, not only did they not help us get into condo before 3:00 as we requested possible earlier check in, they didn't even let us in at 3:00! Liquid Life didn't even send our door code until after 4:00!! Once in the condo we were pleased with how beautiful it was, but soon found out the kitchen was only stocked with dishes, some cookware and silverware, but they didn't even have salt and pepper shakers, no foil, no coffee or coffee filters to go in the fancy coffee maker! Oddly enough the living room hutch was stocked with a ton of board games and books, but kitchen didn't even have basic seasonings or coffee supplies. Also, the refrigerator ice maker leaked and didn't produce ice well and the bar ice maker leaked water inside the maker and would mess up ice. Plus, on day 2 our door code wouldn't work causing us to be stranded outside until they could reset our code! Sure hope we have a better experience next time, and others don't have the same problems we did.
