Great convenient location. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Well appointed and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved having indoor amenities during rainy days. Great communication from host.

The condo had a lot of room but there were a few things that need attention. The couch and loveseat were very worn and sagging. They had dirt spots all over them and we did not sit on them once during our entire stay. The washer is really tiny and you could only wash 2 towels in it at a time. Being a 3 bedroom condo this would have been a problem if we had more people staying with us. The balcony had two really cheap chairs and a table that was tiny, rusted, and wobbly. Where would others sit if we had the amount of people this condo holds? Besides the cheap furnishings the condo was clean, in a great location, and was fine for spending the week on the beach.

This property was amazing. Everything was as described! The property was clean. It had a fantastic view and easy access to the beach! The location of this property was within driving distance to all restaurants and activities! Gulf Shores is only a 10 minute drive away. We had stayed in Destin and Panama City Beach the last several years and this Orange Beach experience blew those places out of the water! Liquid Life was also easy to work with and very efficient and kind. This was just a great overall location and trip!

No contact check in and check out made it speedy and more relaxed when we arrived after dark. The condo itself was clean and could not hear other tenants during our stay. Central location in town and the beach was so great you didn't need to travel anywhere.

This property is great for families. It is conveniently located right in the middle of orange beach and right across the street from Publix. The unit was very clean and tidy and had an amazing view. The only things I would note are: 1) bring your own supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap), not much is provided. 2) the deck is pretty big, but only two people can sit out there because there are only two chairs. 3) lastly, the guest bed is very rickety. Despite those comments, this location was perfect and I highly recommend it!!

The condo was nice and spacious. Right on beach. The floors were disgusting. All of our feet were black and sticky even after washing them several times a day. The beds were full of sand the first night we slept in them. Needs better house keeping. For the price the condo should have been cleaned.

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great security on site. Magical sunset views. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had to wash every night for the 6 of us. No hand towels or pot holders in kitchen.

Great location and we would stay there again. The only maintenance issue was taken care of immediately. The unit was cleaned to remove any trace of sand on the floor which was expected. However, the floors had not been been moped in a while and if you went barefooted the bottom of your feet became black and sticky. Otherwise fully acceptable.
