As soon as we walked in to the property, there was strong rubbing alcohol smell. There standing water in front of the ice maker. We did notify liquid life. The condo sleeps 10 and only 3 people can sit on back patio. The couch on the balcony is broken. I sat down and fell thru it. The dryer had a broken knob so we had to buy a pair of pliers just so we could use it.
Someone from Liquid life checked the leak on Sunday, said he would be back Monday, but never showed. By Tuesday, the leak was worse. The leak had gotten so bad, that the carpet in the master bath was getting wet. We did call again. they did come and look but did not fix the issue. Thursday morning there was so much water, we let them know at front desk. Thursday evening you couldn't even walk down the hallway. there were 10 fans going to try and dry everything out. The dresser in master bed was moved to dining room. The TV and cable boxes and wires was out on the master bed. Because of everything in the Master bedroom getting moved around, i lost a set of car keys that is going to cost me $500 dollars to replace.
Liquid Life did tell us we could move upstairs to another room. We were to check out Saturday Morning. This was just a waste of our vacation time to move all our things.
