3ベッドルーム、3バスルームの広々としたオレ川沿いのコンドミニアム。 このコンドミニアムは、レストラン、ショッピング、楽しいアクティビティから数分です。 世界的に有名なFlora-Bama Loungeから1.6km以内です。 釣りのための桟橋、先着順で利用できるボートのスリップ、魚の清掃ステーション、そして素敵なプールがあります。 私たちは沖合で釣りをするためにメキシコ湾へ3分です。 この3ベッドルームコンドミニアムには、マスターベッドルームにキングサイズベッド、クイーンサイズベッド1台を備えたベッドルーム2が備わっています。 ベッドルーム3には2組の二段ベッドがあり、ツインはフルサイズです。 ユニットには4台のテレビがあり、キッチンにはあなたが今までに作ったり楽しませたりしたいものがすべて揃っています。 コンドミニアムは快適に10眠るでしょう！

プールの営業時間午前8時 - 午後10時 - 厳密に実施されます。 賃借人/ゲストが被った罰金は、賃借人/ゲストが負担します。 すべての規則と規制のリストはユニットの冷蔵庫に掲示されています。

As always a fantastic rental. We love everything about this property! The property managers are kind and helpful and great with communication. The location is wonderful. Our boys love to fish off the boat dock. The pool is great! And the beach super accessible.

Another great stay!

We have stayed at this condo for several years now, and it is always just perfect for us. The walk across the road to the beach is not too far. Communication with the owner is very easy. We love it and hope to always be able to come back here to stay!

Another great visit!

We have stayed at this condo (1D) several times now and it never disappoints. The owner replied to any question or concern quickly and wanted to make sure everything was going well. We really like the community feel here. We plan to stay here again in the future!

We stay in this same condo every year and it’s the best vacay. It’s perfect for little ones bc the pool is right out the sliding doors! And it’s just a short walk across the street to the beach!!

Fall Retreat

This is our third time renting this condo. We love the location, beach is right across the street. Best part for us is sitting on the patio watching the boats, dolphins and birds on the Ole River, it’s beautiful.

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at this complex but first time in this condo and it was great. Lots of room, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, bathrooms were well stocked. Loved being right at the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Another great stay!

We’ve stayed in this condo two years in a row and we love it. It’s like a home away from home. We love the location. The beach is across the road, but we always have lots of privacy on the beach so it is worth it! Our only issues were the weakness of the WiFi and the shower door in the Master bath. (The shower door REALLY sticks-we had someone locked in for about 10 minutes, so we learned not to close it all the way. 😂) Also, the master bedroom and bathroom door do not lock most of the time.

Annual beach trip

We have stayed here for 3 years now. We love it so much. The pool is right in view of the porch. You can walk to the dock to fish. Sit on the porch and watch the boats go by. Just a short walk across the street to the beach! It is perfect if you have a lot of little kids like we do!

Two week relaxation

This is our second time to rent this condo. Pleased on the updates done from our last stay. Love the condo and it’s location. Get to enjoy both river view and cross the street for beach. Will definitely rent again.

Awesome stay and location

My family was very pleased with our stay. We had everything we needed and close to the beach. We all loved going out back and seeing different crabs, fish, jelly fish and more. Thanks for making it very convenient.

Great location and price

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for everyone. The master bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The view of the bay was beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife! We would definitely stay again!

Great as always!

We have stayed at this property for several years. It's 2 families. There's lots to do in the area. The beach is literally across the street. The condo is super spacious! Its always clean. The owners are always super kind and responsive. I would always recommend.

Great location, outdated condo

Loved that there were three bedrooms and bathrooms and the location near pool and beach was great. However the condo was dirty and had trash throughout the living areas(why are people paying for a cleaning fee) Furniture and appliances were outdated and damaged. Had dvd/vcr combos with the old tvs. Dresser in one of the rooms wobbled with a TV on top of it. King bed was creeky and slats under it kept moving. Appliances old and kitchen outdated, was blamed for a crack in counter that was clearly from aging. Internet was also spotty and didn't work for the whole first day. Also door to shower in main bathroom can't be closed or you will fight to get out of it.

Unhappy with communication with property manager

We really enjoyed the unit, the location and the property. It is easy access to everything. The property manager was rude to one of our guest (accusing them of having their truck and boat trailer in the parking lot...of which they did NOT) and friends that were in another unit she was also very rude to. The other guest/residents on the property were great, enjoyed the convenience of the property with the boat access. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your unit for the weekend.

Loved it!

This place was fantastic! We viewed dolphins, from the back patio, almost daily. When it was too hot to walk across the street to the beach, we jumped in the lovely pool, just steps from the back door. This place was much more spacious than it appears in the picture. My only suggestion would be updating with some new pots and frying pans and a few comfy chairs on the patio. But overall, I would definitely return here!!
