We couldn’t believe how large and how nice the condo was! The huge balcony overlooking the gulf was amazing! Easy beach access! Also has an indoor pool and hot tub! Convenient location to many restaurants and so many things to do in that area! We loved it and planning on coming back to the same condo this summer!

Perfect location for a family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was a great size for our family of six. We loved the large, private balcony. The owner’s beach closet had a lot of chairs and beach gear that was helpful to have access to. We had a great experience at this property and would recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had all that we needed for a week stay. Our absolute favorite spot was the balcony. We loved coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. Highly recommend this condo and the owner is wonderful to work with.

Gulf Front Oasis

Property was clean and well maintained with an outdoor and indoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, near shopping and entertainment and direct gulf front view. Our favorite part was the huge covered balcony with comfortable seating for six plus people that was just yards from the ocean.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Stephen was very accomodating and helpful in our communications. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and exceeded our expectations. The pool is right under the balcony and access to the beach is pretty easy! There was a closet full of chairs, beach toys and other things we used out the beach! It was a great experience and we would absolutely stay again!

This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teen boys. Being on the 4th floor was also nice as waiting for the elevator was much faster. The condo was clean and as advertised. The closet with beach supplies was very nice. The host was also very nice and responsive. No complaints.

Great location and very responsive owner!

The location was great! Easy access to The Wharf, OWA, or to 59 to head to Foley for more restaurants and shopping options! Easy access to grocery stores and walking distance to dollar store and souvenir stores. The pool and the beach were never crowded. No problem finding parking at the condo. The furniture was comfortable. The master bed was super soft, which was a positive for me and a negative for my husband. Plenty of seating on the balcony. We especially liked the taller seats to easily see over the railing. The closet of beach equipment was very useful. We did not have to purchase boogie boards or sand toys for the kids. The owner was super responsive to messages and replied very quickly. We were overall pleased with the condo but there are some things that could be improved. Our main complaint was the number of bath towels. There was 1 towel for each person so we literally washed towels everyday, not what we wanted to do on vacation. The internet speed could be better. We had a few different devices that could not be operated at the same time. We purchased a fan for the balcony during our stay, but that would be a nice addition.
