Everything was unpleasant and inadequate.
"We booked 6 months ago. No record of our booking upon arrival. The young woman didn't even look up my name; she just said:" You want a room?" Missing and then compleyely indifferent staff were difficultto locate. Was given a choice of 3 small, sterile, concrete rooms, when we had prepaid for a larger ..."
