The entire property was filthy. My room had a lingering smell of urine. The towels were stained. The floors were not clean and the grout were showing.

This was our last resort for one night only. I would stay here only as a last resort. It did not seem to very clean. Towels were dirty- had to get new ones. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub was very dirty. Bring shower shoes.

The building needs some serious renovation work. Our faucet in the bathroom leaked terribly, we had to use a small trash can under it to collect water. Our room I think used to be a smoking room as it still had a smell that it had been smoked in. I only stayed because it was a game day weekend and rooms are limited, would not stay again

Front desk guy was friendly but the room itself was terrible. Gaps in the floor, where remodeling was not done properly. A DEAD WASP on the AC unit right next to the bed!!!! Opened bar of soap sitting in the shower. Hotel smelled of weed everywhere. Shocked we didn’t come home with bed bugs after that stay.

This hotel does not have blankets or comforters. We paid extra for upgraded bedding and it was definitely not upgraded. We asked for blankets but they do not have any at all. So if you stay, bring one cause all you get is a sheet.

This property was a disaster. It was very obvious the public areas had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The room seemed ok until you got to the bathroom which was filthy. Oh the wall in the bedroom had a large sheetrock patch as well. The tub had not been cleaned in a long time and was full of soap scum and potentially, mold.

My first room upon check-in had poop and blood stains on the sheets when I pulled back the comforter, and the next room they placed me in had dead bugs in the shower, and dirt stains and other people’s hair imbedded in the towels. I have never felt less clean getting out of the shower. I didn’t expect a whole lot given the price, but clean sheets and towels are a must. Hotel staff did not seem surprised nor did they apologize so I assume they are used to this. 10/10 recommend paying more and going to another hotel. This hotel is not worth it even for the price.

We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good.

The room was filthy. There was a half smoked cigarette laying right in plain sight. The floor was dirty to the point you had to wipe your feet off to get in bed. The mattresses we’re smaller than the bed frames. The shampoo dispenser and shower gel was empty. the hairdryer did not work. The toilet seat was broke only half of it was connected. The shower curtain fell down. One of the two towels was dirty. This room was $340 a night because of the Auburn football game. I would not have given you $49 a night for the shape it was in. we would have not stayed a second night except all the hotels were sold out because of the football game. shocked and disappointed is an understatement. I have plenty of pictures to back all of this up.

Paid almost $500 for this room for 1 night because it was all that was left in town and it was absolute filth. The sheets were dirty, first room smelled like pee. They moved us to another room and sheets were dirty also. I went and asked for clean sheets so I could change. She apologized 10 times over. I felt so bad for the employee living this day in day out. She came back and said they didn’t have any clean to give us. Hundreds of rooms in this hotel and they don’t have 1 extra set of clean sheets? They said they would be down to change the sheets when they came out the dryer, while we were out but we came back at 12:30am and no sign of clean sheets or anything. Too tired at this point. I tried to get a refund at arrival and they said no third party refunds since we booked through Expedia. Yet, the booking before this one that was 10 mins away an hour earlier, I just clicked cancel my booking when we got there and they told us they accidentally double booked us. I tried clicking that button on this one after we seen the room but it said no refund. The worst motel I’ve ever seen in my life. Please stop ripping ppl off. The room are worth $40 if you want to gamble on health & safety.
