"Amazing place, amazing breakfast. "

"The property is nice and very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great overlooking the marina and within a walking distance to the beach, the towns shops and the supermarket. We parked for free nearby opposite a nice bakery only 2 minutes walk to the hotel, we could see our car from the balcony. The bakery is a plus as it opens very early in the morning and sells bread, pastries, sandwiches and pizza so great for buying meals. "

"This is a good enough rental but with some touches could be so much better. The biggest problem we had were the stairs to the bedroom, and if you have to use the bathroom you will be using them to descend from the loft beds. They are very narrow very steep and the bannister has come loose. This is a real safety problem and impossible for many people Throughout our stay my wife kept saying well this is how French rentals are. So you understand there was no toilet paper no paper towels no shampoo...

"Accueil parfait malgré l'heure tardive. Les petites choses a ajouter : un sèche cheveux et un portemanteau dans la salle d'eau. Nous reviendrons sûrement."

"3 jours dans cette très belle ville de Mers les Bains où les habitants sont accueillants et respectueux de l environnement. Originale dans son architecture cette ville vaut vraiment le detour..La location très propre et suffisante pour deux ou 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. "Une semaine avec ciel bleu et beau temps. Decouvertes en marchant de la plage de la baie d authie. Les environs la baie de somme et les phoques à berk. Une grande chambre et le canapé nous ont permis une independance. En derniere soiree aller diner au restaurant a cote bon et personnel tres sympathique superbe region le touquet st valerie mer les ,bains la reserve naturel des oiseaux les couchers de soleil"

"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. Went to the golf clubhouse ordered a bottle of wine €19 asked for a menu and was told they stop serving food at...

"Très bon séjours pour ces vacances de printemps. L’appartement est idéalement positionné pour observer la plage, le cap gris nez et les côtes anglaises. Immédiatement à côté de la plage et proche de tous les commodités de la ville. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Location conseillée vivement !"

"We had a really good stay and found the accommodation extremely good with the single exception of parking - this is complicated and not free (unless you want a 20 minute walk to your car) but, given how central it is, close to the square, shops and restaurants, this wasn't a problem. There are lots of great walks and a trip on the railway is a must! The owners have prepared a very detailed and comprehensive set of guides, so everyone will find something they like. Highly recommended."

"Loved the location and had a wonderful short stay here. I was a bit disappointed to be asked for 55euro the night before we arrived to pay for our bedding! No mention of that anywhere when we booked. But we did have a lovely stay and I would recommend. "

"This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"This place was awesome .. Staff super attentave , our rooms were clean and the patio access from the room looking out to the port and water was also refreshing esp sitting outside with a cup of coffee. Breakfast was also excellent . "
