スタッフさえ良ければ満点な宿泊施設

一棟貸し切りで、スタッフとは最初と最後だけ鍵の受け渡し時のみの接触で、気が楽でした。 そういう施設にありがちの「注意書きがあちこちに貼ってある」なんて事もなく、田舎の親戚の家に泊まってるよくな感覚でした。古い家に見られるカビ臭もなし。布団はペラペラで掛け布団は一枚のみだったけれど、寒くなかったです。 今時の食器類、調理家電等揃っていました。 ホテルと違う点として、「使った食器類は洗って拭いてテーブルの上に並べておく事」と、スタッフの方からの指示あり。 お風呂のシャワーの水圧は快適でしたが、洗い場と隣の脱衣洗面スペースとの仕切りが、シャワーカーテンになっており、このカーテンの幅に余裕がない為、シャワーの水が脱衣スペースへ飛び散ってしまいました。シャワー利用時には要注意です。 ２階の寝室は狭かったけど、皆で寝るには充分でした。 とても魅力的で充分楽しめる施設なのに、リピートしたくならない理由はたった一つ。 スタッフの方の偉そうな圧のあるものの言い方。 まるで部活の顧問か何かか？って感じ。 あれは本当に腹が立った。 チェックインの時間を前日に伝えて、当日も再確認の電話があったのに、利用説明するスタッフが30分程遅れてきた。チェックイン時間に別のスタッフが鍵を渡してくれて、説明するスタッフは電話で「30分後に行くからそれまでくつろいでいて」って言われた。30分無駄な時間を潰さなくちゃいけなかった。謝りもしてくれなかった。説明は口頭でなくても、紙に書いてあれば良いような内容だったし、鍵をくれたスタッフがしてくれたら良かったのでは？ 施設は、本当に良かった。尾道の観光スポットにも行きやすかったし、車も自由に何度も出し入れ出来たし。 本当にほんとにあのスタッフには残念しかない。

チェックインが夜の11時になってしまったんですが、心良く応じてくださり。オーナーさんも気さくな方で感じのいい方でした。 外観はレトロな感じですが、中は綺麗にリフォームされていて、とくにお風呂が深くて綺麗で気に入りました。

宿泊に何を期待するかによるでしょう。

古民家で風情のある素敵な宿だと思います。田舎のおばあちゃん家がこじゃれた感じに改装されて快適になったと感じです。 一軒家を丸ごと借りるタイプなので、ホテルや旅館のようなサービスは期待してはいませんでしたが、利用する上でのルールやチェックがなかなか厳しくて、心からくつろげる感じはしませんでした。 古い民家を大事に使っていかないといけないのは解りますし、帰った後に問題があっても困るのも解ります。 利用にあたっての説明などが、終始指示命令されているような印象で、旅行に来たというより、合宿か研修に来ている感じでした。 帰りに部屋チェックを受けているところが、刑務官と囚人みたいで笑えたと、それなりに笑える旅ネタとして使えたので、貴重な経験になりました。 宿としては本当に素敵なところです。
