"I've added a star because we are not the intended target for this chain. We were there for a 2 night weekend visit to family. Their customer base is for longer term stays so that the amenities in the hotel (refrigerator, cooking facilities, kitchen sink, etc.) are meant for them whereas I'd have preferred everyday housekeeping. Speaking of housekeeping, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived and empty when we left despite me telling the front desk in person after the first night we were there."
