"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "

The housekeeping staff was able to find it, and had it sent back to us right away. We are so thankful for their prompt service, going above and beyond to reunite our child with his beloved stuffy."
