"This house was absolutely perfect for my family to stay during the weekend of my daughter's wedding. We had such a great time in this sprawling home which accommodated everyone. Even the pool was used by some family members. Words can't describe the available gathering places, other than to say that there's room for everyone to join in. The large kitchen was certainly ready for the group to share meals. The house and grounds are so welcoming as shown in the pictures in the listing. If you are lucky enough to have as nice weather as we did the outsides are beautiful. The host was available with quick responses to our every question. He truly cares about his Vrbo and the comfort of his guests. This house makes us want to spend more time upstate."

"Stayed 2 nights to visit the baseball Hall of Fame. Size of room and bathroom were really nice. Gave us ample space to relax and get ready for the day. We were on a 14 day motorcycle trip and my wife was happy to enjoy a bath since the room had a tub. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast options and super friendly staff. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Location on the lake was breathtaking for the two families that shared the home. Centrally located between both Cooperstown & Oneonta, so perfect for either game locations. Unit had everything you could need and home was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend for your week in the area."

"It is a beautiful estate with plenty of room for everyone and almost all of the amenities one could want. We had a great time! The basement was not as finished as we thought but was comfortable enough for what we needed. The location is a bit more country than we expected, with an interesting drive to get there, but the owners were amazing in letting us know how to navigate. It is a bit isolated and very quiet if that is what you are looking for."

"Without hesitation the front desk attendant asked me if I would like to switch to a ground floor room because he OBSERVED me and my cart with bags moving slowly. I did not have to ask or complain… I was asked…so in a second we exchanged keys and went from 205 to 109. That is an employee who cares about your stay!! Thank you!"
