「Very nice property that met our needs perfectly. Property is very clean and well furnished. We had one small problem with the hot water heater, called the owner and he was there in less than 15 minutes and had it working in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend for a small group.」

「We had an amazing stay. Host was quick to respond, although we didn't really need anything. For the most part we had a great stay. I was surprised that it was duplex not a house,but it didnt effect our stay. Would definitely stay again!!」

「Our daughter is a student at University of Tennessee in Knoxville. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. 」

「Mrs Tammy really went above and beyond. She fixed us a full breakfast one morning, baked us banana apple bread and gave us a quart of delicious homemade apple butter spread to top it all off.The residence was clean and had plenty of parking for our trailers and side by sides. They even provided us split firewood, which topped off a wonderful visit. I am extremely pleased and would strongly recommend..」
