- Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



- Living room: 1 sofa bed with trundle (2x1 person – 90x190).



- Room 1: 2 single beds (2x1 person – 90x190).



- Room 2: 1 double bed (1x2 persons – 140x190).



- Bathroom: bathtub and towel rail, separate toilet.



- Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, duvets, blankets and pillows included.



- Exterior and parking: private outdoor parking at the residence (non-designated, subject to availability).



- Residence facilities: open-air swimming pool from 5 April to 30 September, laundry room.
