「We stayed here for two night while exploring Etosha and we loved here. The lodge has cute huts with their own balcony etc. The amenities in the huts are basic but comfortable. We loved the location, it is less than 5mins drive from the Etosha gate which very convenient. The service and food was great as well. 」

「Die beste Unterkunft unseres Namibiaurlaubs. Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!). Das Gasthaus ist eine Oase in der zur Zeit sehr trockenen Gegend, die voller Charme und Erinnerungen steckt. Für Exkursionen jeglicher Art kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden.」

「The experience of having an unhindered view of the grassland while lying in the bed is beyond words. This accommodation provides a great experience in feeling remote, but in a safe, convenient, and luxurious environment. The place is away from the main tourist crowd and is worth the drive further north to the King Nehale Gate. Representation of the Aawambo people and culture is beautifully detailed through the decor, hospitality, and food options. I wish I could have the interior designer work...

The outdoor showers in the units were a real indulgence! The only off note was the lack of easy drinking water, since the tap water wasn’t recommended and only 2 small individual bottles were supplied. 」
