"This was a very disappointing experience and for the first time ever, we checked out 2 days early. The 'hotel' sends an email prior to arrival stating what facilities are in the room. This email is generic and most of the facilities did not apply to the room we had booked. This email can be considered as quite misleading. We were given room 93 which is upstairs using a very steep and uncovered staircase. This room will be completely unsuitable for anyone with slight mobility issues. ...
