Located in a small Gata village, only 6km from the Mediterranean town Omiš, will set you in a relaxed Dalmatian mindset. The nearest mini market is within walking distance (70m), and the supermarket is 6km away, in Omiš. There are 3 restaurants in the Gata village, the nearest one is 500m away. The local area is very unspoiled, and quiet and offers a really relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina River offer many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water sports...and many more. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have the opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a rafting tour, or a masseuse to the property (not included, all can be arranged before or during your stay)
Its stylish interiors, well-organized living area, and 3-bedroom villa with a natural, village environment, can welcome groups of up to 6 people, perfect for families and couples. This beautifully appointed property in Gata village is set on a 540sqm private plot, offering 176 sqm of useful interior spread on two levels (ground and first floor). It is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and equipped with all modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay.
Villa PERA offers exclusively for you:
*The OUTDOOR offers a private, heated 32 sqm (8m x 4m) swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a charcoal/wood barbecue for your grill skills. In front of the dining/living room is a covered dining area for 8 people and outdoor table tennis. There is also table soccer in the garage area. The views from the whole property are of the natural environment and quiet neighborhood.
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area (42sqm) with flat-screen TV, A/C, direct exit to outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle...), a dining area with a table for 6 people, and a covered terrace with two chairs. A family bathroom NO1 (5 sqm) with a shower. A Laundry is in a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The FIRST floor offers two master bedrooms:
Bedroom NO1 (13sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom NO2 with a shower (5sqm) and a balcony with pool views.
Bedroom NO2 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, a balcony with pool views.
Bedroom NO3 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV, A/C.
A Family Bathroom NO3 (5sqm) with a shower.
There is a secured parking place on the property, suitable for 3 cars (one in the garage). Car is recommended.

Lovely, modern,and spacious villa

We enjoyed a really lovely 10 days in this villa. It is in a pretty village with beautiful views. It is immaculate and provides a perfect space to relax inside and out. The outside area has everything you need and we enjoyed daytime sunbathing and evening BBQs. Inside the villa is really well laid out, spacious and has everything you need for cooking, and chilling out. Ivo was an excellent host and always available if he was needed. The nearest town of Omiš is pretty, has lovely restaurants, great beaches with crystal clear water and of course the river Cetina. A car is needed to enjoy the area. Would highly recommend this villa.
