***** About the apartment:

You'll enjoy your stay in this luxury comfortable apartment with a terrace and sea view.

It has a large infinity pool with temperature control, shared only with guests of our second apartment.

You can also use pool table and darts on the 20 m2 terrace, shared with guests of our second apartment.

House is located in a small village Nemira, just 100m from the beach with the crystal clear sea.

It's located on the ground floor of the private house, 150 m2 size with three bedrooms.

Its 50 m2 size comfortable terrace has private grill, table and chairs to enjoy the fresh sea air, sip drinks and relax in the great sea view.

You can also use a pool table and darts in the yard shared with guests of our other apartment.

Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet vacation and it's located just 3 km from the center of town Omiš.

Apartment has a spacious living room, three bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and two spacious bathrooms.

Living room is spacious and has a large 42" LED TV with sattelite channels.

Each of three bedrooms has one cozy double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dish washer, stove, owen, kettle, coffe machine and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Both bathrooms have a shower and hair dryer. Second bathroom has bathtub and washing machine.

Iron and ironing board are also provided.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

You also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

This is a smoke-free apartment. You are allowed to smoke on the terrace and open areas.

Pool is available from 1st May to 1st November.

Pool working hours is 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

***** The neighbourhood:

Nemira is a small tourist village located 3 km South of town Omiš and about 25 km southeast of Split.

It's connected to Omiš with a seafront promenade which is ideal for night walks.

The place is located a few hundred meters below the main road so there are no large crowds.

In the village you can find several supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, taverns and cafe bars.

There are two beaches that are beautiful, pebble and sandy with pine trees providing natural shade and are also suitable for families with small children.

You can also rent a boat, water ski, jet ski...

The best way to get to us is by car.

Bus station is 200m away from the house.
