The Dwellings at Davenport are perfect for family and friends visiting Omaha. Centrally located in Midtown, close to the Blackstone and Dundee Historical Neighborhoods. Within walking distance to UNMC for visiting families or traveling medical professionals.

The Space:
Enjoy this cozy living space with a full kitchen and washer & dryer in unit Two King bedrooms & One Queen along with 2 Full bathrooms allows for plenty of room for families to spread out and feel at home.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy a private entrance and the space to yourselves during your visit.

Other Things to Note:
Parking is available on a first come first serve basis for the few stalls we have on site. There is free street residential parking as well.
