Book it for a family member. They love the stay service etc. However they felt unsafe at that location. There was a person who was breaking into rooms. My family member out of huge concern just packed up and left after the resident admited it to my family member and there friend. My family member also experienced and unlock door prior to this confession and bragging of sneaking in rooms.

This property has been neglected for years. Even simple maintenance has not been done. The room was not clean. Even the common sidewalk areas looked like they hadn't been swept for a long time. It's a very unpleasant place.

Solid no frills hotel.

Really good hotel for me. Quiet and no frills. Had mini fridge, microwave, flat screen and wifi. Well worth the price.

This hotel was extremely dirty and run down. There were cracks and holes in the wall. There was what looked to be juice spattered on the floor and ceiling and trash can. The floor was literally sticky. I couldn’t walk around in it without shoes.

The hotel was dirty disgusting and run down. There was a homeless person in the dumpster. When I checked in there was a women that seemed to be on some medication of some sort yelling at the man behind the desk she seemed to be homeless then she turned her anger to me asked to use my phone it made me very uncomfortable. So I lost my money that I reserved my two night room because a gathered my things and left. I was afraid for my safety.

Good location but the hotel itself was very poor. Stained bed cover, burn marks on bathroom sink, room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, graffiti on the back of the door to the room, drywall patchmarks that hadn't been fully repaired. Sketchy people hanging out all over the property. Terrible experience. Definitely do not recommend.
