The first room we got had a horrible smell like moldy and humid i could not stand the smell. As i looked aroukd the room my bed sheets had black long hair so i kept looking and so did my bath towels. I did end up going to front desk to get a different room and they switched my room. This room did not have a smell but again there was like womans hair on both beds and in towels. I was also told that 2 yrs ago a woman got shot in the 3rd floor where i was staying at and later she died. That did it for me i could not sleep and so we ended up checking out at 6am

This was the most disgusting, unsafe hotel that I’ve ever stayed at!! This hotel should be shut down! The place reeked of marajuana so bad in all of the hallways, you had to cover your face to walk through! The club by the hotel brings nothing but trouble. We were awakened by gunshots in the middle of the night in front of the hotel. All of the patrons who parked in front had bullet holes and damage on their cars! Luckily, we parked in the dark, scary back parking lot! The carpets in the rooms were filthy and sticky. The doors barely closed, we had to put chairs in front of them for safety! The tub was scratched up and gross. There were numerous marks all over the walls. The breakfast was disgusting with food spilled everywhere and nothing was refilled. No creamer for coffee, all of the tables were dirty, just unbelievable! Couldn’t wait to get out of there! I just don’t get how they allow all of this to go on. People with families cannot feel safe here. Expedia, you should not promote this property! Never, ever again!

We like the space of the room but the place just looked tired and needed a deep cleaning from the carpets, furnitur (couch and chairs in our suite), and the grass around the property that contained a lot of litter. Time for a refresh.

While i was trying to sleep. A huge car show/ hangout party began in the parking lot and went on from 11pm-5amish in the morning. It was extremly noisy and i didnt get any sleep at all. It seems that nothing was done by the hotel owners to even get rid of the crowd. And very dirty in several places.

The area around the property was fine and the staff seemed friendly enough, but nothing else about this property was decent. We didn’t get the room we booked, which was no big deal because it was just the size of bed that was different. There was black mold in our shower, the soap shelf wasn’t level and soap would slide off, the hairdryer was falling out of the wall, the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and couldn’t hold toilet paper, holes all over the wall from where they tried to hang the toilet paper holder, only one outlet worked in our bathroom, the faucet water sprayed back into the counter and didn’t even get in the sink, there was something on the bathroom door, one of the bathroom lights didn’t work, and the ceiling in the bedroom area had issues. The elevators were slow and one didn’t seem to be working at one point. Breakfast seemed a little limited compared to other Comfort Inns we’ve stayed at. There was a gross drain bucket on the counter next to the juice/milk area. The milk machine didn’t look like it was cleaned well.

The pool needed a lot of work. One of the doors to the outside was cracked. The public bathroom in the lobby was filthy. The continental breakfast was filled with half broken drink machines and was generally messy. The beds in the room did appear clean but the bathroom was filled with hair that did not belong to us.

The staff at the front desk were lovely, very kind people. We checked in late at night with a pet, and it was no problem, just a $20 fee. I am unsure if this was just the second floor, but the floor and room reeked of cigarette smoke. The building is listed as no smoking in the lobby, but it is an older building. That may have been a recent change, and the smell is just in the walls and carpet. I kept waking up in the night and noticing the smell. The lobby

Fine for one night if you need somewhere to sleep. Definitely needs renovated and property is not in great shape. Bathroom shower drain didn’t work properly and breakfast served until 10 and went down at 9:30 but it had been closed down early due to low traffic…definitely won’t be staying again. Housekeeping staff was mopping the whole lobby right at peak checkout time. Staff was friendly and parking was free but those are probably my only positives.

The property was fine for an older run-down building. Everything worked. I ate at the grill and thought the food was pretty bad! The ketchup and mustard containers were so dirty and sticky I didn’t want to use either one. The French fries were fine but the hamburger did not taste like anything

Loud noise still going on at 11pm from assuming the restaurant below, half of the outlets don’t work, our mattress is stained and the carpet and bathroom are in terrible shape
