Mostly good. When things go right, I barely think about it, when they go wrong, I make a list. So, there’s the 4. 1)Cleanliness- On first appearance, everything clean, on they 2nd night I moved to the other side of the bed and noticed that the inside of the wall lamp was filthy. It looked like someone had opened a coke that had been shaken. Sticky crap all over it and the surrounding walls. Called front desk to tell about it. 24 hours later, it hadn’t been cleaned. Told front desk and the clerk said, “mistakes happen .” No offer to immediately correct, no apology, just apparent apathy. I told him that housekeeping hadn’t replaced the previous night’s towels, he said, “you can come to the front desk and get them.” Isn’t there a process where front desk calls housekeeping, housekeeping addresses housekeeping issues? I guess front desk didn’t know/care about that process. Small thing, but irritating. 5 minutes later I walked into the hall and asked housekeeping to address these issues and they did so immediately. 2) I needed to add another night. Did online and confirmed I didn’t need to do anything else. When I returned, the key wouldn’t work. I took the key back to the front desk and told them and they said “YOU didn’t bring the key back to check in.” Little things. 3) Continental breakfast bar had cereal, but no bowls. I questioned the front desk and they confirmed “we have cereal, but no bowls.” No corrective action initiated nor suggested, just apathy. I’m sure >$ => c.s.

When we arrived to our room the staff greeted us and was super friendly. The staff explained where everything was and was super super nice. Then we got up to our room. The sheets looked clean but there was a toenail in the bed. The carpet hadn't been cleaned/vaccumed. In the bathroom there was pee stains on the toilet, dirty sink/tub (had things that could have easily been wiped down), crumbs of food left in the fridge and microwave.. it was not a great stay. They charged me $25/pet, which is fine, but the pet fee cost almost the same as one night stay here. If you have other options to stay elsewhere, I would. I did not look at the reviews before staying here but I would highly recommend doing so, the "hotel" is actually a long term housing stay. People don't stay for just one night, they're staying for weeks at a time. We opted out of the free breakfast as the state of the room seemed unsanitary itself. I could not give enough praise to the staff that greeted us though, she was excellent!

There was no major failure on staffs part or anything there were just a few minor issiues that made it more like a 2 star than a 3. Noise from the street in the room was kind of high. It was a little run down. Not terrible but not nice either. Parking was limited. Ok place for 52$ on a sat and sun. I guess. The breakfast left a little to be desired as well but it was cheap.

Fantastic budget motel in Omaha. For once, the pictures actually show accurately what you get. Yes, the property is old and yes it has quite a few people living there, so get some interesting smells in the halls, but the staff is very very helpful and accommodating and while the property is old, it is very clean. I travel cross-country for business and I would happily stay here again. I got a very spacious room for an incredible price and the area, while next to the highway, is quiet otherwise. No, the breakfast isn't mind-blowing, it's yogurt, cereal, coffee, and waffles. However, it's obvious why. A. This is a very cheap place to stay. B. With the semi-permanent residents, as a business, do you think eggs or sausage would be economical? No, they would not be. - So the options are actually pretty decent. There was no coffee pot in the room, but there is hot coffee all day available. I am finding less budget motels have coffee pots in the room, people steal them, and if it's an expense you can cut without most people caring, why not? Given the price and condition of the property, which is in repair and current maintained and is old, and the amenities, I'd give this an 8 out of 10 easily for what you pay for. It's a well-run old property in a great central location, it's got it's quirks, but it's not bad at all.

Staff was very nice. The one star is based on the hotel is a rent by the week or month housing unit. Police were there one day and told us we should head West to stay as this wasn’t a good place to be staying. Woke up to the smell of weed during the night. I recommend if you have been living in the car for the last month, but not if you are in town for a concert, family gathering or any other reason. Just not what I was thinking when looking for a hotel stay.

When I arrived the hotel was very noisy, many of the room doors to rooms looked damaged, including the room I was in. room across the hall door was smashed in as if someone tried to break in the room. But, my room was clean and the locks worked. after 11pm the hotel was quite and I slept well.
