「It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything.」

「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this property. We arrived around 6:00 PM to check in, only to be told our room wasn’t ready due to severe understaffing. The staff asked us to return in about an hour, so we went to dinner and came back over two hours later—only to find the room still wasn’t ready. After waiting an additional hour in the lobby with my three exhausted children, we were informed that third-party bookings had overbooked the hotel and our reserved three-bed...

「The hot tub was not working and the jacuzzi tub in the room didn’t have a drain plug in it. The Maintenace fixed that for us. Older property but quiet and room was nice. Bed was comfortable. 」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...

「The staff were pleasant, but the facilities were run down. The breakfast in the morning was good and the staff working that were very good. Our room was only okay. The door had about an inch gap all the way around except by the hinges. When you can see light from the hallway, that isn't very good. Also, the towels were very rough. However, the worst was the pool and the spa. We specifically chose this hotel for those items. We thought the granddaughters would really enjoy them....

「Lights were unplugged. No usb ports and had to look for a wall plug which was behind the bed. The room had an odor. Ice machine broke. Staff was nice but no help. 」
