Really challenging stay with VRBO at this property. The instructions to check in were unclear, we only received two room keys for 6 people all arriving at different times, basic items like pillows and blankets were missing, and the checkout requirements were extensive. If I were to stay here again, I would book through the Villages at Palisades Tahoe.

Never been this bad experience with VRBO. Couldn’t contact anyone for questions and issues. I sent messages and no respond for 2 days we stayed. First key code didn’t work. Had to called and waited for housekeeper to hand you key. We couldn’t take showers because very low to no water. Had to go to share bathroom at the gym. No wifi connection. Pot and pans are way too old to cook on. No instructions on anything so we couldn’t adjust the heater and hard to sleep as get hot in the room. Can’t believe that there’s no way to contact for any help via either vrbo message or the host. That’s a zero star. .
