「Bonne semaine au soleil de la Vendée !」

「6 adults ranging from 19 years to 60 years.Lots to do and a freat property. Only downside for us was the lacknof air conditioning despite the listing saying it was there. However the blinds helped regulate the heat」

「Lovely property in an ideal location within walking distance of a beautiful beach, shops, restaurants and the village of Talmont.The villa is well equipped and we all enjoyed the pool. It was very hot during our visit and fans in the bedrooms would have been appreciated.Communication with Axelle was excellent and she was quick to respond to any queries.」

「The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「nous avons passé un très bon séjour et pu profiter de la pisicine la maison est conforme au photo sur le site et la procédure d accueil et de départ est simple et efficace. Merci」

「Agréable séjour dans un gîte très confortable. Le gîte est bien situé et on peut s y reposer au calme. Pas très loin des commerces principaux et pas très loin non plus de la mer (700 a 800 m).」

「Super contact avec le propriétaire, très belle villa fonctionnelle et décorée avec soin, ambiance cosy, moderne et chaleureuse. Environnement calme et commerces à proximité. Rien ne manque, une propreté nickel chrome, dépaysement garanti, idéal pour faire une bonne coupure estivale. Les pieds dans l'eau pendant que le barbecue frit, impeccable.」

「We spent a lovely week, with 4 adults and 6 teenagers and the house was spacious enough for everyone, with different sitting areas in and outside the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is great to have, especially since the beach, which is a 5 min walk away, has lots of stones. 」

「House large enough (for 3 adults and 2 children) and well- equipped , resort nicely situated : walking distance of rocky beach and small shops. (A map on arrival would have been nice) Disappointed by lack of large pool advertised (competitive swimmer in our party was looking forward to being able to do lengths) but delighted with private pools. At these prices, we should not have had to pay extra for bedding ,cleaning rtc. Please note, electricity problems were worrying and emergency numer...

「Fantastic house with great facilities- just as described and exceeded expectations.We had extreme temperatures and fans would have been beneficial however host advised air conditioning is being fitted next season.」
