「Convenient location if you want to be in the heart of the village. Walkable to stores and restaurant. Clean and easy to check in and check out. Twin bunks were a little uncomfortable for older kids (teens) but bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. 」

「Greg was super friendly and helpful when I left stuff behind. Property location is amazing for access to down town. Clean, well stocked with comfy beds. Wish there was laundry on site but otherwise perfect!」

「I’ve stayed here before. This was a shorter 4 day trip for an out of state wedding nearby. Since my stay last year, the owner, Ryan, has extended the outdoor deck looking over the lake. It’s a great view. The place is decorated very nicely with a titanic theme. It was then and still is now one of the nicest places I’ve stayed a. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. 」

「Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it. 「Its a studio, but quite a bit more spacious than i was expecting. Location, check-in, communication with the owner, etc were all great. Would definitely recommend for a solo guest or pair of travelers looking for something in this area.」

「Everything from the communication with the host to the fine details of amenities and essentials were all thought out well. The game room garage was great for the rainy days we had. The covered patio next the koi pond was our main hang with some wine / a good book!!Great energy even my 4 & 7 year old were very relaxed and chill at this property.Thank you for an enjoyable stay with great location.」
