Clean room but was a little in need of a touch up. Bathroom also needed a little update. Amazing location for Fishermans wharf and Pier 39 and for the Big Bus Tour stop.

there was no kitchen to cook but room service from zig zag pizza was excellent. the A/C worked great and the room remained properly ventilated and comfortable. I will return here again given the chance,as this resort is well worth the cost of admission and 333 pacific is the gem of the resort. If you are contemplating staying at this resort,click the submit button to secure your reservation you will not regret it....

The room was not spotless. We found a dirty tissue under our bed. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were empty. We like the hotel, the staff is pretty friendly. Please correct those issues. This is our second stay and will keep coming.
