The staff, service & food were excellent. Unfortunately the standard room was very small. We should have booked a larger one. Couldn’t even get the in room dining trolley inside & only one chair. Poor really.

Location is excellent. Near museums and restaurants. Rooms clean but seem a bit dated. Bathroom clean but tired looking. Hotel workers very nice and polite

The room was clean and check in was easy but there is no mini fridge in the room and water was not provided.

Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria
The hotel was lovely. The only downfall was being woken up in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm with guests running in a panic. As soon as we got downstairs it appeared to be a false alarm
