"Really nice hotel, took over an hour to check in. Booked this place because we needed a washer and dryer prior to a cruise and the dryer was broken and messed up our clothes. We weren't able to get them washed again before we left. They also charge a pretty high resort fee."

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nail salon, spa, and only 15 drive to the port of Miami. The staff were amazing, friendly and very informative. The shuttle service is very affordable and the driver was very helpful. Overal 10/10. The only technical difficulty encountered were their elevators but the staff was on point helping all the guest getting to their rooms."

"Great spot for stay before and after a cruise trip.cuise ports are very very close to the hotel.hotel has a shuttle to get you there for a fee not so expensive and better than taking and uber.Hotel is near so many places like restaurants,stores and even to the metromover.Staff is very friendly and helpful.checking in was very easy and fast even getting there by noon.if they dont have the room ready they can save your belongings and then you can take a walk around the downtown or some other places until your room is ready."

"Staff was not too friendly! Only outdoor pool were nice! Also I asked for a ADA help, which was a waking shower. Was giving but didn’t provide a shower chair. They told me that most of the showers does not have a chair to sit on. So basically if you can’t stand up. You can’t use the showers! We were there for 2 days! Hotel was beautiful!"
