「The hotel rooms are above a popular taverna, with very loud music playing until 2am. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is not it. 」

「Charming view from the room overlooking the old Venetian harbour. Excellent dining and shopping at hand. Suite recently modernized and quiet during our stay.」

「Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. 」

「Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! 「旧市街の中にあって、どこへ行くにも便利です。またスタッフの方はとてもいい感じです。ただ、「泊まるだけ」なら問題無いと思いますが、海の近くでゆっくりしたいというなら、ほかのホテルを選ばれたほうがいいでしょう。部屋の眺望などは全然望めません。（道路とか）スタッフの方がとても良心的だなと思いました。リーズナブルに便利のいい場所に泊まりたい方にはおすすめです。部屋は広いです。バスタブもあります。」

「The property is beautiful, loved the large windows that opened to the courtyard, beautiful courtyard and spiral staircase. However, the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, sewage issues?? The breakfast was good , loved the honey comb display but food was often cold. 」

「The room was large and comfortable. The location was great, we walked to and from the bus station and there were great restaurants, it seemed, everywhere. The town is super walkable and we did a day trip to the Samaria Gorge from here. 」

「I booked for a room without balcony (with view) but I ended up with a twin bed situation not a double bed. The lady went to the extra trouble of getting a double room with balcony at no extra charge. God bless those few angels who walk among us. 」
