"Highly recommend! Me, my wife, and (2) young children arrived for our overnight stay in the later afternoon hours. As we settled into our room we noticed the A/C wasn’t working, so we discussed it over with the front desk lady and she had made a call to the technician. After roughly 30/40mins there was still no answer on when he’d arrive or if it would be fixed, so we started to worry with the temperature of room and having to soon begin bedtime routine for the little ones. Without hesitation the lady upfront made the call to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge! This move in my opinion is something you don’t get as often anymore from most hotels. They valued the comfort for our kids over the cost of having to pay more for the only larger room that was available. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and accommodating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
