"This is my second time staying for work purposes and I bring my family and the staff are all so brilliant. If I am late checking in, they send me self check in details, if I message they reply really quickly. NEVER had an issue with payment I make pre arrival. The fridge is stocked with drinks you can buy. This time I stayed in bigger room on the Tesco side and it was slightly noisier BUT it had a washing machine which was fantastic. The living area was a great space for relaxing in the evening as we put our 2 year old to sleep in the bedroom.
