「The room was bigger and better appointed than on the website, which was a very nice surprise. We had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We had asked for a microwave to be in the room, and it was there when we checked-in; again, excellent service.」

「Check in took forever. TV wasn’t working so we went to the desk to tell them and there was no urgency to help with that so I called there and he told me to be patient and then showed up and was very annoyed. He stormed in with a remote and got my tv working and stormed out. Quite rude! I won’t stay there again or recommend it.」

「We were only there for a quick overnight trip, so we didn’t make use of any amenities. We traveled with four people in one vehicle, but were charged valet parking fees for two vehicles. I’m still awaiting the refund for that. The hotel and area are absolutely beautiful.」

「looved the acomodations. the stairs we a little hard for me and the toilet in the Haddad rm made alot of noise when flushing.. I love our breakfast anf the coffee」
