Oceanfront condo!!!! Steps to 7 mile beach & downtown OOB. 3rd floor w/elevator

One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size bedroom set in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Fiber optic WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.

Great little visit

We stayed off season to just get away. The beach view is really nice. We went to the restaurant downstairs for food and live music. Very convenient! Place was clean.

The sunrises, which we could easily view from the balcony, were spectacular! Music and food from the Swick was also good. The location was great for exploring other areas nearby such as Kennebunkport to Portland. Wendy gave excellent details and gave immediate feedback when needed.

The perfect overnight escape.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a beach-themed interior, a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Further inside, a magnificent, large sliding door reveals a stunning ocean view.I experienced a minor difficulty connecting the television to the Wi-Fi network, but Wendy promptly assisted me, and we resolved the problem within minutes. Its the ideal overnight escape.

Anniversary trip

The condo in OOB, was perfect! Loved having coffee in morning on deck watching the sunrise! Loved walking the beach, lots of shells and even found a few sand dollars! Great area to find local shopping and places to eat! Brunswick had fun bands out and could listen from deck! Wendy was very responsive to messages sent! Great place to stay!

Beautiful view and very clean. A little noisy at night due to band playing on first level…this condo is on third floor…didn’t bother us but might bother others if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early.Very convenient to town/pier. Owner was quick to respond to inquiry.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect location and a great little condo, exceeded our expectations. Definitely not the Ritz, but well maintained and very comfortable! We were in town for the bands, the deck was huge and overlooking the patio. Best seat in the place! Only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, we will book again in the future.

Weekend getaway

The property is just as described and has everything you need. The location and view are amazing!!! We happened to go on the coldest days in many years so stayed inside but still had the view. Hoping to return again.

Beach stay

Husband and I were traveling across the upper Midwest to Acadia National Park. We decided to stop for a night on the ocean. The condo is on the beach and was adequate for our short stay. Owner was responsive and helpful. We only used the coffee pot but the kitchen was well equipped. In spite of it being cold and rainy, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this property to others.

great ocean view

Thought this place was a good value for true ocean front. There's a bar on the first floor that can be a bit noisy but my wife and I went down and enjoyed the bands both nights we were there, so it was worth it. Loved being able to walk downstairs to an enjoyable place to hang out. Also really liked the restaurant right next door. Great breakfast (try the lobster benny) and live music.

Very enjoyable stay

We stayed in this location because it was close to my daughters wedding venue. Oceans views were second to none. Beautiful location. Everything you might need was in the room. Saturday night there was a band playing right below the balcony. It was great music. We enjoyed it very much.

Breathtaking!

The room was cozy, the view was off the chart!!! The food and service below were great. FYI- the bar on the first floor can have some loud music. Which can be great from the balcony if it is your type of music. We love music so was perfect for us.

Beachfront!

A cute little condo with a WONDERFUL large balcony overlooking the beach. Stocked with everything you might need, except for food, of course. (There was a bit of coffee there and some filters, enough to get you started). The bar downstairs is hoppin on the weekend, but we didn't mind the beat floating up through the building. And a respinsive host, too.

. Myself and my family had a blast. Enjoyed seeing live bands right below the deck/ people watching. No sound issues w fan on and door shut to bedroom. Would def recommend if you’re a music junkie like myself. Wendy/ city do owner responded to all questions immediately.

Awesome View

First & formost...the view from the condo is Awesome. Most of our time was spent at the condo when we wasn't beach hopping. This was our first time visiting Maine. I've always thought I'd like to live in Maine. This trip proved that & then some! Very nice condo & Wendy responded immediately to any messages I sent. We didn't have any problems with anyhing at all. I would definitely recommend Wendy's condo to anyone! Thanks Wendy for an Amazing 10 days in Maine. David & Cindy Western N.C.

On the beach but old and small

This unit is nicely decorated and clean but the building is neither. The unit was very hot as there is no way to have air flow through. The west side where the bedroom is has no windows. It was only in the 60s outside so I can’t imagine what it is like in the summer. The kitchen is very small . I wouldn’t recommend this place.
