We were disappointed with our stay. Lights that didn’t work, lock unable to open on the door, no curtain covering the door downstairs, twin beds are actually bunks (so not a great fit for adult guests), parking was a mess, no hair dryer, smoke detectors went off for no reason - it wasn’t a great stay. The local vacasa team was very responsive and sent a handyman out to fix the torn window screen the same day we reported it. We still had to rig up a curtain by ourselves with something found in the laundry room and also use keys to get in (which dont work well with the keypad). We had to park a good ways away and pay for parking (garage is super small which we knew but also when you have a rental car, you seldom ah e co trip over the height of the car you rent). All in all, the ocean view was beautiful but the unit left a lot to be desired.

Right on the beach

The location was great - right on the beach and we could enjoy the waves from our deck.The unit needed a couple of things fixed, however. The ice maker was broken, the door knob was falling off in the main bedroom and the towel rack was falling off in the bathroom.Also, there were only 2 glasses for a unit that potentially sleeps 8 (No wine glasses at all). We called the number that was given and they told us that they were not required to provide wine glasses (ok, but this is the 1st unit we ever rented where there was not any) and someone would bring us one regular glass. It never came.

Lovely, but not for Seniors or anyone with back or knee issues

The location was lovely, with wonderful ocean views. However, we were not prepared for the number of stairs. Two steep flights of double stairs to get to the apartment and then ANOTHER steep flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. There was no mention of all the stairs in the description, as far as I could see. This apartment is not appropriate for seniors or anyone with knee or back issues and I would not have booked it, had I known.

Perfection!

Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We were there before bug season, but I hope the screens are repaired before it kicks in as there are large gaps that would not keep the bugs out!We loved our stay though. It is absolute perfection if you crave shoreline/views/open water! Clean and sparkling new and shiny as well! We have already reserved for next year!

Great location

This property worked well for us. Ocean view was fantastic, beds were comfy, garage was handy for our car. Good in shoulder season, would like to come back and try it in the summer.

Stunning views, beautiful condo

The condo was perfect. The views were gorgeous. You could see the ocean the moment you opened the door! It was clean and comfortable. We loved every minute and didnt want to leave.
