"The area is so gorgeous. The house actually was nicer in person than the pictures seemed. Felt very homey. The kitchen was stocked enough that we were able to cook meals at home for the 2 days we were there. Only negative I would say is the toilet is pretty dreadful at flushing and should be replaced. "

Parking on road can be a problem if neighbours take parking bays before you.As mentioned in earlier reviews cobwebs still in some rooms. Sink dirty in downstairs loo. Friendly pub just a very short walk up the road"

"Lots of parking, great breakfast options and helpful staff. Nice sitting area and bar for the guests. Lovely for a multi night stay. The dinner in the restaurant was also very good. You do need a car though as the hotel is outside town but we thought this was nice as it was quieter."
