"I went to the Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor for the Army/Navy football game, and the hotel was a not too long of a walking distance to the stadium. The hotel was decorated in Army and Navy flags and banners, along with Christmas and holiday decorations. I have to say the people that work at the Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor were tremendous. Anything myself, or my family needed towels, help with key cards, etc, we were always quickly helped out. The bar/dining area was great. Good food, friendly service. On Saturday night the bar/dining area was packed with Army/Navy fans after the game. I could tell the workers were stressed as it was just a few people, and lot of customers. At one point a female employee got on the microphone and gave a speech saying how sorry she was for the slow service at the moment, but that they would get to everyone. After the speech the entire group gave a round of applause. It was a moment I will never forget. Army and Navy are all about selflessness, and that's what that moment represented. Everyone in that room that night was selfless, trying to do the best they can. It was my first time ever in Baltimore, and if I ever go back to the city again, I would stay at that hotel just based off of the amazing people that work there."
"Very nice apartment in a not-great part of town. Beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. There are two steep flights of stairs to the apartment entrance, with a curvy part, and it may be difficult for older or physically impaired people. I was in town for a football weekend and this location was about 15 minutes drive to the Ravens stadium. Great for our purposes. Felt safe inside, and only minor city noises at night."
"My wife & I had a nice quick getaway to Baltimore. Staff at Hotel, especially Derrick & Keisha, were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and also return"
"The host did not know we had booked the rental, he was over 2 hours late to check in which affected our plans. When he finally came with the linens for the place, he only provided 1 pillow (for 2 adults) and 2 small throw blankets not big enough for an adult when it was below 40 degrees at night. "
