"It was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous, up high in the hills. My husband and cousin were able to run down to have a swim, so it wasn’t too far away. It was very quiet. Everything in the apt worked. Good parking."

"Our host was very caring and easy to reach. Excellent property for a short stay in Porto Rotondo. Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). "The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Great hotel location. Small rooms but adequate. Lovely small private beach but the sun loungers were quite expensive. 40 Euros per person daily. Garden shower bottom by the beach was filthy. Lots of leaves blocking it and stagnant water, for at least three days while we were there here. Impossible to stand in it. Reported this issue at the reception to no avail. It’s a shame, no attention to details. Despite it, we loved to stay there. The receptionists were great especially Stefania who has gone out of her way to help us."

"Wonderful hotel ! Everything was perfect. The room was so nice with an outdoor terrace and two chaise lounges, and partial view of the water. The lobby, the pool area and the beach club were all 5 stars! The beach area is not sandy but so unique with day beds nestled between rock formations. And the sunset from there is spectacular! The breakfast was wonderful and if you don’t want a big dinner there is also a pizza restaurant on the property open late. In summary, we loved it and would come back in a heat beat !"
