「Very beautiful property. Helpful staff. But terrible bed, AC doesn’t go below 21c, shower was clogged and didn’t drain, pay for waters / drinks in the room. Looks great in photos, not worth the price.」

「It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. 「The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days.」

「Property service was magnificent! Appreciate the attention upon arrival and treatment throughout my stay. The staff here are very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing. Commuting was a little hassle due to two road that lead you to the hotel but once you tell the taxi to take you via the main road it’s no problem at all! Hotel really lives up to luxury and 5 star treatment great job!」
