A sliding glass door leads to the well-kept garden with a green lawn and a covered veranda with a dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious wardrobes for guests' convenience. The accommodation also includes a parking space and a washing machine.

WLofts is only 400 meters from the crystal-clear sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo , while the historic center of Olbia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the district, 4 minutes away; at the same distance is the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacco shop and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a round of golf at the Pevero Golf Club, simply head towards Costa Smeralda for 31 km. Numerous restaurants offering local seafood and land cuisine can be found within a 2 km radius, mainly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo.
